I purchased these earbuds for pubg...and it does its job...even without the dedicated gaming mode 'on' there's almost no lag in audio...and with the gaming mode turned on...it's wonderful...have been using it for more than a week now...and haven't faced lag or latency, It definitely does its job.In terms of sound quality...I would say it's good for the price you are paying...it's clear and yes...there is bass...bass is a very big factor for me as I am a crazy bass head...and these headphones do provide bass...it's not so much...not so very boomy...but yes...there's enough for listening to rock and edm with that bass feel...the vocals and mids are clear...the highs sometimes gets a bit muffled...but it's hardly noticeable...In terms of design...it fits very well...the ear hook ensures that they won't come out of ear which is a big deal for many athletes...you can certainly do your hardcore excercise without worrying about them falling off...There's on slight discomfort I would like to talk about...it's that... whenever I have kept them on for a very long time...my ears start to hurt...and it's only when I'm playing PUBG...I noticed that when I talk with these on...it hurts...as every time I speak or smile...I could feel the earbuds pushing into my ear...it's basically because of the muscle movements of your cheek that lifts up when you smile and pushes the ear buds in...and after a long time of shouting and screaming at teammates for not following instructions...my ears starts to hurt a bit...taking them off for few mins solves the problem...But it's pretty comfortable when you are listening to music...and there's not much jaw movement...This might be a big factor for some so I thought it's worth mentioning... but overall...the Design of this makes the buds sit flush and doesn't let it fall out.The battery is pretty much what you could expect from the price you are paying...I got a bit more than 6 hours with these with 40% volume of continuous use, my 7T battery gone down with youtube background but this earbud is alive afterall.And the case recharges it to full a bit more than twice.It's pretty good.You can surely go for these earbuds without thinking much.If you are planning to buy earbuds in this range, for playing game or watching videos on your mobile, or for your gym...you can certainly go for these...

Calling quality is good ....mic is good ..the one main problem about it...After few months 3 or months buds not getting charge.... battery drain fast ... I faced two times with same product

Overall the product is good and value for money.Positive:1. Speaker and microphone quality is good.2. Works great with phone calls, whatsapp/ zoom calls, etc.3. The design and fit it good - I can forget after a while that I am wearing them (which is a good thing!)Negative:1. Does not work with voice recording apps on my android phone2. Have difficulty using with my laptop. The mic audio quality is somehow poor and while connecting to Shots Rush, at times my laptop hangs. This doesn't happen with my Jabra or Picun bluetooth earphones. Not sure if this is an issue with the Shots Rush, but can't think of another reason, since I am using my laptop with other earphones without problems.3. Shots Rush has touch sensitive controls, which becomes problem during workouts. because some movements like raised arms etc. trigger touch controls and change the settings inadvertently.Disappointing:The customer support is very disappointing. I logged a support ticket for my issue, I got a call after 5-6 days and the person just wanted to tell me that whatever I am doing is not supported. I told him that it doesn't work with voice recording apps on my phone, and he told me Noise Shots Rush doesn't support that. I told him my laptop hangs when I connect with Shots Rush, but it works fine with my Jabra bluetooth earphones, and again he told me Shots Rush does not work with laptops!Product is value for money, and I was very excited especially because it's an Indian company. They say they take pride in their customer support, but my experience has been really bad.

The best budget earbuds if looking in such kinda design as this gives it a more better fit in the ears and makes it less often to fall from your ears in every genuine conditions. The soft material doesn't hurt your ears and can be worn for hours.Connects easily with Android & Apple devices. The touch sensitive controls works perfectly. The three modes EQ modes are cherry on the top.The bass best hits on the Rock mode ( also depends on ear tip size that you choose ). The sound quality is great, noise cancelation is nice but you can still hear some of the surrounding sound but not while the audio is been played.One full charge including the case can last besr for a week, but it's best to keep a check on the charge of the case. The port you get is micro-USB in the case still it will get charged quickly.Quality of the case is great including the buds. The case magnet is pretty strong and overall give a premium feel. The buds are light weight but strong. Great quality. BEST FOR DAILY USE!!

The buds responding well but having some bugs too. Mic is available only for left side bud sound quality is OK but not too good. But having some good things like having lots of modes and having lots of features and mainly the warranty. Overall good product.

Quality is good

Left earpiece of my noise earbuds are not getting connected to the bluetooth. So, for this I had to call the Amazon service center, they directed me to the retail customer care which had delivered it to me on 17th October 2023 who inturn directed me to Noise customer care. After raising the complaint it's been 1 week and they have closed my ticket referencing that my issue has been solved as I'm not able to answer the calls. They call you from a spam number, after you answer the call no one answers on the other side, it's like a dead call and then you have to finally disconnect it due to frustration. Poor customer care service.
