It works to power thermostat
The media could not be loaded. It works to power an ecobee thermostat in my garage. It's pretty easy to connect. I won't rate it 5 stars because it is from china and I question how long it will last. I will definitely update this review in 6 months if it is still working

Simple to use.
Quite simple to set up.Works well.The mist difficult part is discreetly running the wire from the plug in transfomer to the doorbell or any compatible devices. Good price.

Great so Far!
Using this to power a Nest doorbell for a building we're renovating. We didn't want to use a wireless doorbell as the battery changes get to be a pain. Wiring is simple - there are only 3 wires to connect.Since we were adding new wiring to our utility room anyway, we added a 120v outlet just for this transformer, and got a bonus open outlet. 40VA is plenty of juice for doorbells and should work with just about any smart (or dumb) doorbell systems.It's relatively compact for a transformer, though this isn't really much of an issue as this is one of those products you don't expect visitors to see.

Works well but screw terminals are not labeled
Screw terminals are not labeled, so I had no idea which terminals to attach power wires to and the ground wire to. Asked ChatGPT and was told usually the center screw terminal is the ground. Finally got it to work after several attempts. Thank you ChatGPT
