I originally purchased the 2 doorbell 3 receiver system here on Amazon a short while ago. During the week we missed two callers as we were in the kitchen (no bell in the kitchen). Came straight here to the questions to see if I could add another receiver. Answer was yes. So now we are the proud owners of a 4 receiver system. We added the new receiver the same way as the other receivers hold down vol for 5 secs and press the front door bell. It is that easy. What is not to like. All totally hassle free. Great product.

It pairs with & responds correctly to my existing Physen doorbells.It sounds off when a doorbell is pressed along with my existing Physen receivers.Despite the fifty something 'tunes' available I set mine to ding-dong, ding-dong. There are about half a dozen others that an adult might be happy with.One very good improvement in this product is that there are now forward & back tune selection buttons on the receiver.[My old Physen receivers only have a forward button so, if I click again after finding a tune that I probably want, I have to go all the way round the houses to get back to the decent tune.]I have also bought three more Physen receivers [www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B012M8AA0C] so that I can have one in every room.- If I am in a room when the Physen goes off, it startles me even if I have the telly on loud.- If a Physen goes off right outside the room & the door is closed, a loud telly can drown it out.[Each receiver does have lower volume levels but I don't use them.]The error in the instructions:- In the diagram on page 7, the labels for the Up & Down buttons are accidentally reversed.- In para 7 on that page, the Reset procedure is initiated by long-press on the button next to the Volume botton [and not the one furthest away from it as the incorrect diagram labelling would have us believe].- I have tested the corrected Reset procedure on this product and on the three other Physen receivers I have just received.The problem for which I needed to Reset the receiver was that, after I had paired it with an additional doorbell, the receiver started sounding off randomly & of its own accord even when no doorbells were being pressed.Now that I have used the corrected Reset procedure, the problem has disappeared.I have re-paired the receiver with every doorbell & it works correctly, it only sounds off when a doorbell is pressed.

There is now no way a caller ringing this bell can be missed by anyone in the house, or even outside at the back. The bell units are more compact than earlier models and there are no worries about having to change wavebands because of interference. As with all high- tech kit these days, however, the question is: How long a service life will this device have before it packs in? Unfortunately, you can't know the answer to that question when making your purchase. What's more, Amazon won't allow you to post a second review at a later stage so that you can inform others in the event that the item does go wrong ( after the warranty period) before you feel it should. That is an issue that Amazon needs to address...and fast.

Would have given four stars BUT no instructions in box on how to set up . You have to hold button for 5 seconds to connect with door button, hope that helps

I purchased this ringer to work with four existing ringers and two bell pushes.The instructions were a breeze to follow. I had it paired with both bell pushes within 3 minutes and then plugged in and operational in another two. Five minutes from arrival to fully operational.Impressive response. Happy shopper, happy to recommend this product.

A doorbell's function is to be heard. My husband and sisters in law can sit next to this at full volume and not register it's sound. I even trained them to the different sounds for front and back door. After a year, I'm giving up, binning it and buying something LOUD.

I have had 5 receivers for this doorbell, and 4 have now stopped over the past 6 months. One "exploded" immediately I plugged it in. The quality control on these is just rubbish.
