604-240 HVAC Heater Blend Door Actuator Passenger side Compatible with 2007-2015 Ford Edge Lincoln MKX Right Main Temperature Actuator Replaces 7T4Z19E616C

Reaching around from the side of the removed glove box to remove the old actuator and install the new ones is very challenging unless you are an octopus, but the actuator works just as it should. When the old one stopped working, I was getting heat-only all the time out of the passenger-side vents at all levels even when using AC. Changing the blend door actuator fixed it! I could only get 2 of the 3 mounting screws back in (not because of this actuator but because of the horrible angle to reach in there) and that was still enough to hold it in place for proper functioning. You can find various YouTube videos to suggest how to do remove and install. Good luck!

Was simple enough to swap out. Just two 3 screws on my Lincoln 2007 MKX. It moved a little jittery to start. But smoothed out over time. I think 🤔. Either way, my heater problem was a clogged up core. Didn't change the linkage just the actuator on this one.

Exact replacement for my 2024 Ford Edge SEL. Challenging to install due to location. But once installed it works perfectly.

It took me about a half hour each to replace the left and right actuators and they both work fine. Used a Youtube video to get tips and instructions on how to do it.
