ALL STRAPS ARE ADJUSTABLE
Very comfortable to wear - Latex free so no irritating rash, and yes, I had told medics I was allergic. Almost sent it aback as I couldn't adjust straps, videos made it look so simple and it is : The black bits are velcro so ALL THE STRAPS ARE ADJUSTABLE. On the front of the shoulder, you need to get your thumb nail under the edge of the black square and rip velcro down, then pull it through and stick it back down nearer to shoulder. On the long one that comes around the back, you can cut a bit away to shorten it if you need to (see arrows) - then rip open the TWO sides of the smaller black square, remove blue cloth it was attached to and reattach the double sided black velcro to the strap. bring it around the front and stick onto sling to get the comfort level you need.

My toddler approves
I bought this for my 2.5 year old that has broken his elbow whilst at nursery. It seems very comfortable for him, it's easy to adjust around a wriggly toddler and the boat design pattern is an added bonus. I'm going to buy another one as it's going to be a long few weeks otherwise with a child that manages to stay clean for around 15 minutes a day.

Brilliant sling!
Excellent sling!! Love it!! Self adjustable, allows for immobility which I needed, support was brilliant even when lying down. Was comfortable enough to sleep in. Universal sizing…couldn’t rate this enough. Lost a star due to the strength of the Velcro. Strength is so great that it made the sling fabric a bit fuzzy after a while making the “hold” of the Velcro unstable and it pinged off a few times…I suppose you could razor off the fuzz back to actual material and it will work fine…

a comfortable sling for my arm after shoulder replacement
This is a very good quality product and has lasted weeks after my shoulder replacement I would recommend this to anybody who has showed a problems. It’s also highly movable and easy to get on and off particularly when doing exercises on a new shoulder…Super, thank you very much

This sling has made a huge difference
I broke my elbow and the sling I was given at the hospital pulled on my neck where I have flattened discs and a trapped nerve. Every hour made it more uncomfortable until the pain in my neck was almost as bad as the pain in my broken arm. This sling has made a huge difference. The weight is distributed far better than the basic hospital sling and there is barely any pull on my neck and shoulders it's as if I wasn't wearing a sling at all. Fantastic for the price

So so comfy but actually a really bad design.
This is super comfy for your forarm. It's soft, well padded and incredibly well made/good quality materials. The downside is the design. This type of strap is really really secure. It pulls your arm super close to your body which is great for walking/moving about. But the design also means your upper arm (top of humerus and bicep muscle group for medical folks) becomes displaced away from your body slightly. So, instead of lifting and supporting the shoulder it pulls it away from the joint. It does this because of the 3 way strap which is more secure at holding the arm than conventional slings but trades security of the limb for shoulder placement. This is kind of bad news post opp for shoulder surgery but could actually be great for elbow and arm issues. There is also little to no adjustability in some parts of this sling too. Even with a few Robinson Cruso adjustments, it didn't make a lot of difference. I wish this were just slightly better designed as the comfort and quality is actually the best I've seen. Super disappointed overall.

Excellent Arm assistance
Spot on assistance. Comfortable and warm and allowing good controlled movement throughout the recovery period. Good value for money.
