Super low profile - perfect for back sleeping with herniated lumbar disc and military neck!
I sleep on my back with a pillow under my knees due to a herniated disc (L5-S1). I have been unable to find a way to support my neck without hurting my back, so I've been sleeping without a pillow. This super thin pillow is exactly what I needed! I have military neck (no curve), so most cervical pillows cause me pain, but this low profile pillow is absolutely perfect for both my neck and spine while sleeping on my back.

Comfortable
I've been using this pillow for a week. Before, I used a throw blanket because all of our pillows were too thick for my small neck. Sometimes, my ear would hurt from not having support. My neck, or ear, has not hurt since this pillow arrived. It doesn't matter which, of three sides I lay on.

I love this pillow!
This pillow is perfect! I have been looking everywhere for a thinner pillow like this. It has just the right amount of support for my neck without being so thick that it has my neck in a bind.

Don't buy it
I had a good laugh that I actually paid money for this "pillow" definitely just a cheap piece of foam, don't waste your money

Honestly might work for your neck issues, but not for mine
It's a well made pillow but didn't work at all for my neck issues. It truly might for some of you. I imagine it depends on what's up with YOUR neck. So I'm not saying it's product quality but I can't give 5 stars to something that doesn't help my neck at all.

Perfectly thin and supportive
I have literally tried and returned over 20 pillows over the last year because they all give me a stiff neck and headache. I finally realized that the problem was they’re all too high. I need a pillow that’s very thin but very supportive and this is it. It has the perfect curve to align my neck properly for back sleeping, and the memory foam is perfect in that it’s supportive/firm but also soft for my head.I saw reviews saying it’s not memory foam and that is absolutely incorrect. It is memory foam without a doubt and others saying it’s too hard and I’m really confused because it’s very soft on the head. Yes, it’s firm. But that’s needed for neck support. It is super comfy!I’m buying my second now to have one for travel.I will say that I modified mine a bit because the thickness that you need for back and slide sleeping are different. This pillow is perfect for back sleeping. I cut out some 2 inch thick memory foam from an older mattress topper and have placed two cut outs on both sides of the pillow (inside the pillow case that comes with it) so the sides are higher for when I roll to my sides. So, the center is just the pillow height and the sides are higher. I find this is the ideal situation so I can still sleep on my back or either side.I’m so relieved that my insanely long search for a pillow that doesn’t hurt my neck is over!

Perfect pillow for a back sleeper
I use a CPAP at night, which has caused me to become a back sleeper to avoid breaking the mask seal. I quickly found that the thinnest of my old pillows was still so thick that I would wake each morning with a neck ache. I started sleeping without a pillow and my neck was happier, but my head tended to roll to the side, which wasn't comfortable either. I finally found this super thin pillow, which I've been sleeping on for four months now and I couldn't be happier! I got the firm gray one instead of the soft white one, and it provides just the right amount of support without tipping my head forward, while keeping my head from rolling side to side. I get a good nights sleep without the pain in the neck! Very much recommended.
