Q: Is this coffee pot dishwasher safe?

I should think stainless steel would be dishwasher safe, but not having one I can't say for a fact. There is a piece of wood on the handle, and the glass bubble that lets you see it is perking. If it is a concern I would check with the company and/or the manufacturer of your dishwasher as that may make a difference. Hope this helps a little bit.

Yes the bottom of this coffee pot is flat it is stainless steel so, I do not know if you can use it on a glass stove top.

Q: Where are they manufactured?

I think since almost everything is that it is made in China. If I remember correctly it is commercial grade stainless steel. Read the description carefully to be sure. I hope this helps you.

Q: can it be used on an electric stove?

I'm using it on an electric stove... but not sure if you can use it with a glass cooktop, as I have old-fashioned coils. If one can use a pressure cooker/canner on the glass cooktop you own, I would think the same rules would apply to the use of this coffee pot. Best to check with your stove manufacturer for their guidelines for using a stovetop pressure cooker/canner, and go from there.
