Battery was not charging. Customer service was very prompt and helpful with the replacement.

Amazing, it is easy to set up. Quality of the cameras is wonderful. The best security system we have found. And affordable.

Worked great at first. Then after 5 months, they started dying. Removed the solar panels and purchased power cables. Worked better then they'd every worked previously. Picture quality and reliability was perfect. This worked for two weeks. Now two cameras aren't working at all. Potentially related to the temperature outside. We've been in the 30s every time that I've had the most problems. Customer service has been pretty responsive, but their solution is for me to send the cameras back, so that they can confirm the non working status (at my expense). Once they determine that they have in fact, stopped working, they will then send replacements. Knowing that this can take weeks, I've òpted to purchase something different. My company is not in the best part of town and I've already had something stolen since the cameras haven't been working. I just can't wait weeks without them. I've climbed up and down the sides of my building, installing and reinstalling these so many times to troubleshoot. Bottom line is that they are not reliable and will not give you the piece of mind that you seen when buying something like this. I'll send mine in for replacement and sell the ones they serve me back to help offset the cost of replacement, but I will not put these back up

I bought 2 of these cam systems, one white, one black just to blend in with the background I installed them against. After a month or so of usage I have to say that I am pretty happy with it, in spite the fact that one of the cameras PTZ failed, and the picture would turn pink or yellow on occasion. Fortunately, I was impressed with the customer service ( thumbs up Katie!) that promptly shipped me another one. Heads up though....as in a week ago of sept 16 2004, the app KittyHok was taken off google playstore but still available for iphone users..... However, there is an app available for android users to see the cams and get notifications on the road...it is called EseeCloud, and it is identical to KittyHok app( tnx again Katie for the heads up)...one thing that impressed me for a wireless system, was the range I was able to place the cam away from the NVR and still be able to have signal: 55 yds!...all the way to back to my property....another thing that I like compared to my previous system is that you do not get notifications for every insignificant change such as sun getting behind a cloud or the wind blowing on a leaf....the system also notifies of human presence, but that only works within 7 yards or so, hence the 4 star rating....indoors that should not be a problem, unless you live in a palace, but I think outdoors users have to be aware of this limitation....but if I can get at least 3 years of use out of this system I can definatly bump it up to 5 stars, especially when considering the price ...only time will tell!!

UPDATE: I was mistaken saying there was no zoom. There absolutely is a zoom function. It requires you to select the camera by long pressing on it. I apparently had not held the long press long enough.For the price, this is a really great system. Video is sharp. Ability to pan and tilt far surpasses my old stationary Arlo cameras. I reviewed the listing description for two things. First, I cannot find where it mentions needing a monitor with a USB port in order to view and configure the system. This is important not only for configuration, you also need to find the QR code that allows you to register the device on the app. Also, there was a storage card in the NVR base station. That was a pleasant surprise.
