3rd party tested? Where’s the evidence
I don’t trust these have the creatine in the state? Who’s done the 3rd party testing? Where’s the proof of it? Unless they can provide this I would be careful as many products like this trace far less creatine than they claim

Tasty!
I like these, they taste great! A much nicer way to take creatine! It is too soon to tell if they are just nice tasting gummies or if they actcually work though :)

Taste and smell nice
The media could not be loaded. At the time of this review this pot of creatine gummies is around £16This pot contains 90 gummies.Manufacturers recommend taking 3 per day, which is 3,000mg of creatineIf you follow those directions this is a 30 day supply and will cost you around 53p per day. There are cheaper ways to get more creatine e.g in powder form to make a shake but it can taste bad in a drink sometimes and it’s a bit if a faff. These gummies taste and smell nice, like blueberries, certainly berries anyway and are really easy and convenient to take, you don’t even need a drink they are honestly like eating a small sweet, obviously you could wash them down with your extra 2 litres of water you are meant to drink when you take creatine !I hope you find the review helpful5 stars if you are happy with the price

Breaks my fasting during training as it contains sugar.
The media could not be loaded. The negatives:1: It breaks my fasting.2: It contains sugar.3: It contains brilliant blue FCF food colouring, it has been linked to ADHD, allergies, and asthma. The FDA issued a public health advisory as the side effects are blue-tinged skin, urine, and feces, hypotension and death. The positives.1: Contains 3g creatine but not the optimal 5g.2: It does taste nice, quite delicious.3: It is generally considered as non toxic and safe, but too much can lead to the negatives above. This had potential to be 5 stars if they fixed these issues:1: Put 5g instead of 3g per 1 gummy and not 3. or add in plenty of gummies to make up 2-3 month supply.2: Take out the Blue and sugar and replace it with either Stevia or monk fruit. I would rather real raspberry than food colouring. After all these 2 fixes I would easily rate 5 star. As for did it work, not really much difference, 3g creatine never works when your a professional, the noticeable difference is at 5g per day. It might work if your a beginner. We take creatine to help with the extra rep or two, when lifting weights, and can indirectly help you get gains of any form lean or mass, just a little faster than normal, it doesn't directly make you big, that is just water retention in the muscles. If you don't take the creatine supplement, instead you can get creatine from foods too like steak, fish, liver, chicken, beef, nuts just to name a few.P.SThis product is Vegan.
