Great Dark Chocolate Source
I love dark chocolate, but I need to watch my blood sugar and metabolic health which I monitor closely, so this product doesn't spike my blood sugar. People use this product for baking and I expect it works great for baking, but I will snack on it (small handful) and pumpkin seeds or pecans in my own homemade mix. It's not too sweet, and some people don't like eating the chips directly for that reason as they want a sweeter chocolate. But I also mix it with Greek yogurt and sometime fruit and it's a great product. It satisfies my desire for dark chocolate without excess sugar. I'm very happy with this product.

High quality
Great product! Taste gross as is but that’s what I paid for! Unsweetened chocolate! I’ll be melting these 100% dark chocolate with some 55% dark semi sweet chocolate and hopefully the right spot will be found in the middle of the two. Slightly sweet 75% dark.

No sugar
These truly have no sugar ( no stevia, no monk fruit; nothing); this is my second time purchasing them.

Terrible Taste...and even Worse Customer Service
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I've been vegan for 10 years, and absolutely love experimenting with new plant based foods. MOST of the time I have exceptional experiences. Every now and then I come across a food I don't love, but the company is easy to work with and has a generous and helpful return policy. NOT THIS COMPANY. Firstly, the product is terrible. The white chocolate is powdery, grainy, and slightly bitter. It looks ok at first glance, but when trying to melt it (which it doesn't), it put off a weird smell. I asked my husband to taste it, and he spit it out after one chip.No problem, not for us. So I tried to return it via Amazon, and that's where the real trouble began. I know Amazon has a policy that you have to contact the seller on returning food items. When I contacted the seller, I told them I bought 8 packs of the white baking chips, and I'd like to return the 7 unopened ones. They flat out refused, claiming food quality and the product might melt during shipping b/c I live in Arizona. Wait, it's not a risk shipping it TO Arizona when I paid $65 for a pack of 8...only BACK from Arizona when I'm asking for a partial refund?? Clearly this company has never taken a course in Customer Service. It's been a LONG, LONG time since I've been this disappointed in a company. I will never try any of their other products after this terrible experience.

Tastes good
This is good quality, organic chocolate. It tastes good. It is a bit expensive for what it is though.

a rare find- and it’s Just what it says- DARK UNSWEET PURE COCOA
I HAD to find out what “chocolate liquor” was, and HOW DOES PLAIN COCOA STICK TOGETHER IF NOTHING WAS ADDED? I went to company website, and in their Q/A , they explain that IN the cocoa bean is COCOA BUTTER (I should have known that, lol) and NOT ONE THING IS ADDED TO THE BEAN ITSELF. So I hope this helps all those who have been asking this same question in the reviews :)Oh, and from other reviews, I had to wonder why anyone would be surprised that UNsweet cocoa is rather bitter! When your on a no sugarDiet, your palette adjusts, and I think these taste good (especially in chocolate chip cookies)!
