Really helps when your neck feels tight.

This works very similar to the one of my neck doctor's office. I was apprehensive to use it at first, but once in it, it does work rather well. Gravity is your friend with this, and a little bit is all you need.

Product listed as "adjustable," but the adjustability is limited to +/- 6 inches, and when properly installed in a standard size doorway, the usable height is for someone 4 feet tall. The materials and craftsmanship is excellent, however shortening the rope with multiple knots will be problematic for "over the door" usage.As is, it would be perfect if attached 9 to 10 feet high.

Used by my chiropractor at his office. Bought obe for home. Seriously works.

I just could not get comfortable with the sling. It hurt the back of my neck when I tried to use the traction and the front flexible side felt more like I was being choked. I tried to go all the way to my chin but was still not comfortable nor provided cervical relief.

Cervical Neck Traction Over Door (Brand: Hazztoll)- The instructions for use are quite lacking. The quality of build appears to be good. The wood bar is sufficient for a good grip. I was unable to get comfortable using this device (6ft tall). It's an interesting neck stretcher.

So for taller people I can see this being not so helpful but for average or people on the shorter end this is great. It works very nice and is great to help me out between Chrio appts. It seems well made for what it is, I've never used one before so I can't compare it. If you already see a chrio show them it and ask how best to use at home, mine gave me some great tips.
