My only wish is that it came with a sheath, like the 9-Inch Offset Serrated Bread Knife I ordered, to make storage safer and easier. Overall, it's a fantastic knife with great performance at a solid price!

This knife is probably one of the best purchases I have ever made. It is sharp, strong and durable. I have been using it in my job and it has never disappointed me once. It just makes my job so much easier.

Extremely happy for the price a great knife!

I bought 2 sizes of this knife. I'm a vegan, and most of my chopping/cutting is done with a with a thinner blade for smaller cuts. But these knives have a large blade that is fabulous for cutting thru thicker items (for me) like heads of cabbage, frozen foods, etc.. I find it too bulky and blade too thick for the super thin slicing I'm used to. I was very selective on the handle because of arthritic type issues - not too heavy, easy to grip wide handle. Would def recommend for home use or gift!
