My son is 5'11 and 220 lbs. Built like a brick and hes wears an XL. I would recommend a size M maybe a small but try Medium first.

Q: What size do I get if I wear a 32 in the waist

I have one son that is a 30" waist and wears a medium adult (he is tall and skinny) and my other son has a 33-34" inch waist (stockier build) and he wears a large adult. If in doubt, would order large.

Q: It would be great to have some sizing information. for a 34inch waist, should i get med or large?

I would recommend size large. My husband is a 33/34 waist and large fit him great.
