Use your own screws
Works great, seems sturdy. I needed this on the door to Mt garage as my 3 yr old gets up in the night and tries to let herself out. She knows how to unlock doors, get into the garage and how to open the door to the outside. Talk about a nightmare. I installed this and she learned real quick that she can no longer help herself to the great outdoors and has stopped trying. Whew. I feel safer both directions though, in case anyone should ever try to get in that way. My only complaint is that the screws provided are VERY soft and became stripped rapidly. Not a single one was able to be drilled in, even when I pre-drilled the hole for them and tried to manually screw them in with a screwdriver. I used some spares I had laying around and was done in less than 5 minutes after all that messing around. Save yourself the time and just use your own screws.

Door locks
The extra door lock as been great and helps me feel safe in my house at night. It looks really well the with color paint in my apartment. It was pretty hard to install but that’s because I have a metal door and not a wooden one but it fits perfectly like it’s supposed to.

Great added Security
I got this lock because my two-year-old kept unlocking the door. It was a great added security. If she would unlock the door she would not be able to get past the latch. Super easy to install. However, I did use a drill. But if you have a drill or can borrow a drill, it would take you 10 minutes to install.

cheap parts
very well painted parts but they are very weak, installing the screws they stripped with barely any struggle, had to use different screws because the ones that come with it are cheapo big time.
