Q: can you lock the laptop on the cart so it cant be stolen?

I don't believe so with it's current set up. It is held in with a bar bracket but the bracket could easily be unscrewed.

Q: Can you lock the laptop so know one will steal it

There is a bracket you put over the screen near the hinge of the laptop. The bracket uses a special allen wrench to loosen the bolts. You can secure it by that method. The only problem is you then lose the option of closing the laptop lid. I'm sure there are other options using a lanyard, or something, as well.

Q: What type of all in one computer will work on this. What type of bracket does it have to mount the computer to?

It's a fairly strong VESA mount so the key would be to find a All-In-One with a VESA type mount. I use the Dell Inspiron 3000 20" series but the Dell Optiplex All-In-Ones should work as well. This is a very well thought out design and has been easy to use and reliable.

Q: will it fit a 32" monitor?

This one will NOT. Only 22" and below. For a better selection please reach out at (303/300/9926)
