Extremely happy with this chair.
I bought this chair a little more than a year ago I'm a little above the weight limit. It says 265. I am 295 pounds. Yeah, I know. I need to lose weight That said. The chair has been great. I don't slam down when I sit in it, but I don't baby the chair either. I've actually gotten quite comfortable putting my feet back and reclining and falling asleep in the chair. I don't use the massage or the heat feature that often. But when I have it works excellent. I tend to always throw a little pillow that I buy from Walmart for where I sit. The thickness of the padding might be bothersome for some people but for the price, I have absolutely no complaints. And a $5 pillow from Walmart resolve that issue. After about three months of using it, I did go back and double tighten the bolts. And something I've learned over the years. Is when I went back and double tightened the bolts. I actually took them out one at a time. Put two part epoxy JB, well, on the threads and. Back in, and they have not loosened again since then. Highly recommended. This chair.

REAL REVIEW of Chair purchase
Chair material is very nice, not as cushioned in the seat and back stiff. Chair arms not adjustable but cushioned well, heats fairly in the middle back of the chair, longest setting is 60 min. Massage parts are just vibrators and you can hear the chair vibrate. The chords to the heating part disconnects frequently which I just superglued together, fairly long chords. Slightly Reclines by button and height is not as tall. Looks nice but I prefer more cushion, heat, recline and height.

So far I really like it!
The media could not be loaded. The texture on the fabric is rougher than expected but not bad at all. It's super comfortable, I really like how my lumbar is supported when I sit on it. I have a lot of back problems so this is a pleasant surprise. I'm short, 5'2/115lbs but the back height is just how I like it, for people who are taller when you tilt your head back, you'll be able to rest your neck very comfortably. The seat size is wide, but not too wide. I like like to sit crossed legged on my chair and with the open arm design I can sit very comfortably. the range of seat height is great! some chairs don't go up very high or very low and can be limiting but this chair has great range. The massage function is more just general vibration, not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't a huge disappointment. Heating function is great! I'm always cold in my office.Good recline, not too sensitive, the chair is also not super heavy. Which I was afraid of, so I'm happy with that, but isn't too light where it feels flimsy. The pieces and instructions are really easy and to be honest, intuitive, I didn't even need to read the instructions. Slight chemically smell from the upholstery, but I'm sure that will fade over time. I really love the look of this chair, substantial without look too gaudy.

Do not buy
Terrible! It doesn't massage, it vibrates. On the one I got the mechanism for the tilt on the back doesn't work. It's a button on the side and doesn't work at all so I'm not able to lean back in the chair to feel the "massage" unless I want to lay down. I'm not able to comfortably use this in anyway. Total waste of money.

Great chair, super comfortable.
Bought it for my wife as a gift, she loved it. The massage feature isn’t super great and the cord does get in the way easily if you are like my wife and move around a lot to grab stuff off printer, etc

Awsome
Got this for my dad two Christmas’s ago and he is an older man who loves to play the switch. This is his gaming chair and I love how wide it is so you can stretch your legs. Good value for all the back messaging it does! He thanks me all the time for this chair because it very heavy duty.

Not that great
This chair took way too long to put together. It is uncomfortable. It leans back too far. You can't have good posture instead at your office desk typing because the chair is so uncomfortable and leans back. I adjusted it all the way forward as far as it will go and it's still in recline mode. I returned it for a refund.
