Best of multiple headsets I bought and tested for background noise cancelling and overall quality
I recently started a WFH job where my calls are recorded with clients and I was horrified listening to some of my calls and hearing how loud my typing was and how loud my dog barking was with my original, cheap headset. I bought multiple different headsets and even just a regular microphone to test my calls and make sure my background is as quite as possible.I’ve learned that although none of them perfectly cancel background noise, this set makes my background the most quiet. My typing is sometimes able to be heard, but it is faint and in no way disruptive. My husband went into the garage while I called him to test the headset and he also said the sound of my dog barking while knocking on the walls was very faint and he couldn’t hear me knocking or closing my doors. With all of the other headsets I tried you could hear every single thing whether the set was $50 or $300. This set also seems to built way better and sturdier than the other headsets I tried in the same price range.Unfortunately, if whatever phone dialing service you’re using doesn’t implement AI noise canceling, things are still going to be faint in the background. When this headset is used on teams and zoom no one can hear anything at all except my voice, even if my dog barks right under my feet, but the software we use to actually call clients does not have any built in noise canceling whatsoever. So just keep that in mind unless you can download an AI noise canceling app on your computer. If you have to use a VPN this probably won’t be an option for you.

Shines at Minimizing Mic's Background Noise
PRO's: This is the best bluetooth audio I've ever used at minimizing the mic's background noise. Adults, children or pets can scream on the other side of the room and colleagues don't hear it. You can walk outside with it and it significantly muffles the outside noise traffic. If there are loud noises right nearby, they'll hear it but more muffled than I expected. The range is solid, and appears as advertised. And the audio comes through clearly. I occasionally have some background interference, but otherwise the audio gives top-tier clarity.CON's:Connecting to Multiple Devices: It is not perfect at connecting to devices. It can connect to multiple devices but if you have more than two devices it can be frustrating and unintuitive to switch among them; it by default will stick with an old connection unless you turn off the connection, or turn on and off the device and try to "catch" the connection you want. Occasionally it acts up, dropping off tablets without warning or reason. And every time it turns on and connects to a device, it gives you an announcement, blocking off 1-2 seconds of a call.Further, it would be nice to add direct USB-C charging options as opposed to exclusively it's charging pad.It also doesn't offer effective active noise cancellation for the user, which is frustrating when you consider the power of others.Overall, the mic noise cancellation makes the other con's into minor peccadillos. My biggest concern is generally what others here in the background. For that reason, I remain very happy with this purchase and recommend it to others.

Avoid the Poly Voyager Focus 2 for Noisy Environments
If you work in a call center or any environment where noise isolation is critical, DO NOT buy the Poly Voyager Focus 2. Despite its premium price tag and advertised features, this headset falls short when it comes to handling background noise.I recently used it for work calls, and the experience was disappointing. While on a call, the microphone picked up the sound of my wife sneezing—from across the house. If a sneeze from another room can make it into my professional calls, imagine how much of the surrounding office chatter it would transmit in a shared workspace. The headset may have decent sound quality and comfort, but if you need a noise-isolating mic to focus on your calls and not broadcast your environment, this is not the product for you. For the price, there are far better options on the market.Save yourself the embarrassment and frustration—look elsewhere for a truly noise-canceling headset.

Very good headset
I own a previous UC model, and this one seems just as good, with some minor issues. The old model had lights that lit up in sequence when charging. This model just lights up briefly when on the stand. The on/off switch seems a bit smaller than the old one, and is in a different location, which I think I adjusted to alright. The biggest issue I saw was that the battery was “Medium” every time I used it. It’s only supposed to take 2 hrs to charge, but mine never seemed to get past medium. I also tried charging via cable but after being plugged in overnight, it was still medium. I’m returning it and have ordered a new one, so hopefully it will fully charge. Update: New one arrived and I needed it for a few hours. It started with Medium battery. I had it charging for a while and checked it, still Medium. The next morning though, it’s reporting High. I did notice that the light DOES blink infrequently when it’s charging on the stand.
