Q: To seller: my head measures 22.25". your chart says order medium, but some say this hat runs small. true? thanks.

I just received it today. It does run small. Order a size up.

Q: how does chin strap fasten? velcro? snaps? is it easy to fasten/unfasten? my hands are disabled. thanks.

This has snaps and they seem pretty easy. I usually only snap one and this leaves a small tail to easily unsnap. Hope that helps. I love this hat.

Q: Medicak masks don't protect face from sun. Does this come with a mask? Some say it does?

My cap doesn't and the caps shown on the sight do not show they come with a mask. I saw other sights that had them.l hope this helps.

Q: Confused. Does it have a chin strap?

Mine does not have a chin strap.
