Haven’t found the best one yet, but I used one of those soft surface crystal clear ones. Does the job, but not 100% satisfied. $9 on Amazon.

I have a series 7/ 45mm Apple Watch with this band on right now and the band does work and does a great job of protecting the watch from any damage.

Q: Can I use my existing Nike band with this case?

Yes. This case just snaps on top of the regular Apple Watch leaving the slots open for any off the Apple Watch bands.
