Super disappointed
The list of cons far outweighs the pros on this one. Here are the things that I was super disappointed in. It is not "unpainted" or unfinished wood as advertised. It is a natural color, but a sealer has been applied. This meant I had to sand the entire thing down so I could stain it the color I wanted. The stain never took quite right, and this added a ton of time. The hardware is garbage. Screw heads stripped VERY easily. I use quality bits, and have done quite a bit of home remodeling so it's not a perspective thing either. The brackets that attach the rail to the wall/bookcase were not welded squarely. I had to shim some of them to get the rail to sit squarely. Two of the 4 rails I bought were a different color black. Enough different in color where I ended up painting them all so they'd match. Two of the rails were slightly ovaled on the ends so the connecting plugs wouldn't fit. I had to reshape those back to round and file out burs from the ends of the pipes. I had to shim the wheels on the bottom of the ladder so the wheels wouldn't wobble and lay over when loaded as well. Overall, a VERY low quality product that took a ton of work to bring it up to any reasonable standards.

Great ladders
Ladders were shipped fast and worked great. I did have to sand them so I could paint them the color the client wanted.

Overpriced
This item is disappointing for the price. The wheels do not have brakes so the ladder slides back and forth as you climb which is an accident waiting to happen. The bar that it slides back and forth on is much shorter than the pictures show. The wood on the ladder split as we were screwing the hardware in.
