High pressure blower
This works great. I carry it im my car for blowing out the vent and dust from the dash. Has done well on my dslr for blowing out the body and the lens. (Remember to hold camera opening down when cleaning out)

Use a hand blower
Best way to blow dust INTO your lens . Lenses are fairly sealed but high pressure air will get dust into your lens. It’s safer use a gentle hand squeeze blower.
