This is well worth its price and does such a good job. Makes life easyer!

I used this tool to dig MANY posts in hard clay. It powered through them without an issue. It starts easily, runs great, and has a lot of power. My only 'complaint' is that it does not have any type of a shock relief system (such as a spring) in the auger path. This means that if you hit a rock, root, or other obstruction you better have a grip on it as it will darned near rip your arms off. It also causes the cotter pins to deform/wear which causes them to jam at times, necessitating a bit of work with a file to get them in/out again. These issues are not deal breakers though; and I am extremely satisfied with the product, you can NOT go wrong for the price, it is a beast.

Very satisfied with it. Easy to assemble. Digs great. You must use throttle control if in rocky soil. First start was on the fourth pull. Perfect for home use.

The kill switch wires were broken at the solder when it arrived. I fixed the wires and have used it to dig 4 holes in fairly thick clay and it's worked pretty well. The clay slows it down so you have to pull it up a little more often but that's expected. I've read that they don't work after a couple uses so if I experience that I'll update review accordingly. The auger blade wobbles a lot when pulling up, can probably insert a plastic sleeve where it attaches to help. Easy to assemble. Overall worth the money so far.

I'd like to return this because at first it worked great I was able to drill two fences post the first night I got it with no problems the next morning I came out to start drilling some more post holes, and it wouldn't start after trying to start it for about 10 minutes. I noticed the fuel line was broken. (I'm assuming it came this way and I got lucky when starting it the first time) I replace the fuel line with the exact same hosing and length of hosing. I tryed to start it again with no luck. I am 100% using 40 to 1 gasoline and oil mix I have it on choke every time I try to start it. This was a whole kick in the butt because the first two holes dug with ease and I'm pretty sure I can't return it because it's too large and I feel like I just lost 180 bucks!

1000% love this easy to put together solid product even in the rocky soil I got it worse and the machine did exactly as I expected worth every penny

The post hole digger attachments are easy and quick to install. Started up right away and has plenty of power. However, keep your digging bar handy because it's not going to turn out big rocks. Has a lot of torque so make sure you have a good hold on it.Only thing I do not like is where the choke is, too easy to move it when restarting the engine. Other than that, it's a great tool for a good price. Also, can be used by one person, pretty light.

Don't buy this! Came defective and would only start twice. Tried to dig a test hole and it barely went through ice and only scraped the ground. After that wouldn't start again so I've gotta get something else
