The media could not be loaded. Just like their logo says it is perfect. The lock was very easy to put together. The instructions were phenomenal the quality of the metal the thickness of the metal. I was so surprised I thought it was gonna end up getting a very thin piece of junk and it was spot on, the time that they took to package it to the work instructions to the parts and screws that came with it they thought of everything. I was extremely happy when I was able to quickly set it up. It doesn’t have Wi-Fi so you can’t connect it to the Internet for a remote unlock , that’s a downplay. The rest is perfect. You can control it with the app and it the app works really good. It detected it right away and added it to the system and I was able to very quickly open and close my door via app but you have to be close to it , the app is compatible with Alexa, but the lock is not. I’m not going to ding them on the Alexa Support because that’s my miss I assumed because of the app.

I bought this for the gate leading to our backyard. Installed it myself and it's been nearly a year now and it works great. Easy to program and operate. Because it's exposed to the weather, I did seal the edges where it sets on the wood with a sealant.

The first item arrived damaged (chipped). I ask for a replacement and the seller sent it. Seller could improve shipping packaging, the item is good and works as described

When I first got this, it was easy to install and it worked well. The look was nice for it to be a cheaper product. After 5 months the fingerprint function stopped working. Now I have to use my keys to get in. The battery is not dead but the door won’t unlock. It lags when connecting to Bluetooth. Would not recommend buying this product.

I'm very happy with the end result.It does take a little modifying. As you can see in my photo I needed to trim the plastic mounting plate to clear the striker. And they give you 2 sizesOf a flat bar that connects the inner and outer lock i needed A longer flat bar.That i needed to get at the hardware store

The media could not be loaded. The VEVOR Smart Door Knob is a mixed experience for me. On one hand, it’s definitely high quality and feels very sturdy. The fingerprint sensor works reliably, and I appreciate the multiple ways to unlock the door (fingerprint, app, and Bluetooth), which makes it versatile for different situations.However, I find it quite annoying that I can't seem to lock the door without using the app to pair with it. This makes the locking process much more complicated than it needs to be, especially if you're just trying to quickly secure a room. Maybe I'm missing something, but it feels like a hassle to always rely on the app to lock it.Installation was easy, and the app itself is user-friendly, but the lack of a simple lock option outside of using the app or the pairing process is frustrating. If they can improve the locking mechanism, this would easily be a 5-star product. For now, it's still a solid option if you're looking for a smart lock, but be prepared for some inconvenience with locking.

This was pretty easy to install. I was able to put it into an existing doorknob hole easily with drilling only one hole. It was easy to teach my Kindergartener how to use it and now we both feel safer.

Heavy duty lock came as described. Fits nicely on our vinyl fence with no tinkering or adjustment. Probably took me 30 mins to install.
