Q: Are these cut and come again?

Yes they are, after letting the salad establish themselves (took 8 weeks for me) you can harvest weekly or every other week, depending how big you want the leaves to be. If you grow them in a pot, remember to use organic seaweed fertilizer regularly to promote faster leaf growth

Q: what varieties of lettuce comes in this? How many seeds of each variety?

I've only bought one packet, since the seeds are so tiny, it will probably vary. Mine were 90% green salad leaves and the remaining 10% are curlier type that become redd-ish if you let them grow long enough

I don't know, and am not interested in knowing, the names of different types of lettuce, but I can tell you that about 80% of my pack grew as log thin pale green types, a bit like young dandelions or rocket. Great for micro greens, which is what you are supposed to grow them as, but a bit lacking in flavour. At least they did grow, though! Shan't be buying this one again, now growing Rainbow Chard, which takes longer to grow, but much better the second year, and has lots of flavour.
