Got my bottle today. The amount of ingredients are not the same amounts as what they advertised on any of the ingredients. So now, I'm getting even less of the therapeutic amount of berberine as the studies suggest, I was willing to lose the 300 mg but now I'm losing 400. Getting really disappointed with companies lying about their products.UPDATE: Been taking these since I bought them. They haven't helped lower my blood glucose like the previous brand I bought. I bought this brand because the previous one I had been using and having fantastic results had changed their dosage and added other ingredients that I wasn't impressed with. I will be going back to that brand and hope they work as well as they had in the previous bottles I had purchased prior to their changes. Don't waste your money
