LISTEN!!! OMG! So I purchased these backdrop curtains two different times. Long story short: I misplaced the first set I purchased two years ago and had to order another set. Well, I got the new set a couple of days before the event I was decorating for...and also found the missing set balled up in the bottom of a tote.Frantic, I didn't have time for steaming and ironing so I had resolved to just have a wrinkle backdrop piece and play it into some type of aesthetic. When I hung those panels up, there wasn't a wrinkle in SIGHT!!! Not in the old ones, or the new ones I had just purchased. And even though they were purchased years apart, they were the exact shade of black and the same exact great quality and thickness.Just purchase them...in ALL the colors you think you'll need...because it WILL be money WELL spent!

I am a professional photographer and needed a last minute backdrop for a Santa shoot...someone spilled coffee on my main backdrop. As others have commented, these are very thin and sheer which is no problem at all if you are lighting it from the front. To be honest, being thin and sheer also makes them super light and easy to transport (I use a backpack) which is a big win in my book. In fact, I can pack 30 feet of this backdrop in a small backpack with room to spare...awesome!Now the biggie! I stuffed 30 feet of this backdrop in my backpack and left it for several days crunched up before the shoot. When I finally hung it there were no wrinkles at all. None. Zero. They looked like I freshly steamed them which was awesome because I forgot my steamer.Finally, to put things into perspective, my main backdrop that I use for Christmas shoots is a 20x10ft beast that barely fits into a luggage case with wheels. I need to arrive at least an hour early to let it hang, steam, and dry. It is a felt type backdrop so I have to spend time getting all of the little particles that are magnetically adhered to it from who knows where. With this backdrop, which is now my main backdrop, I have to do none of the prep.I do have to remind people that this is very sheer so if you are using it without illumination from the front you will need to make sure there is no illumination from the back or it will show through. 90% of the time this is no problem but if you are using this as a curtain or anything beyond photography you might have to put a thicker backdrop behind it.

This is exactly what I was looking for ! It created a beautiful photo background the color is an amazing sage green it is just the right thickness that you can’t see through it and they wash nicely in the washing machine ! Can’t wait to use it for the next party !

I don't know what kind of sorcery is involved here, but when they say wrinkle free, they really mean wrinkle free. I hung these up a week in advance to hang out any wrinkles and they came out of the packaging in smooth condition. I bought a second set because I misread the width of the curtains and wanted a little billow to them instead of being straight across. All in all, I have 4 panels on a 10ft backdrop rod and it looks great.
