Excellent for catheter use OR insulin administration!
Bought a pair of these in anticipation of my husband's needs after prostate surgery. He had a urinary catheter in place temporarily for 10 days. These pants were a game changer! It allowed him to keep the larger catheter bag in place and discreet by using the inside pocket, allowing for more freedom of movement and correct cath bag placement which should be below the level of the bladder. Allowed for cath bag emptying without having to pull pants down, etc. In addition, now that the catheter is out he is using these pants as a diabetic to administer his insulin into his legs discreetly. So happy with these that we bought a second pair!

Short review on waist size.
I am 36 in the waist right now. I bought a large and they fit just fine. Other than the length, I’m short so they were long but that’s to be expected when buying these sizes. No reason to go for a larger size. They were not complicated to ware.I am happy to give them a five star.

Holds typical catheter bags
None of the medical professionals had seen these, and they were impressed. They work pretty well. Pockets hold a typical catheter bag, but are too small for the ones given by the hospital that have an additional hard plastic box.They are a bit confusing to get on. I usually put my hand in from the cuff up, to avoid getting feet caught in the pocket.

These pants are GREAT! Easy to empty the bag and very comfortable to wear! I have bought 4 or 5 of them and simply wish they came in more colors! They are GREAT!

Buyer Beware!
I ordered these pants in size XXL, and they are no bigger than a small. The label indicates they are XXL, so clearly the company is either misrepresenting the product or has a serious problem with quality control. It's a great idea but totally useless to us.
