Q: Is this cream good for baking

This cream is the ‘fake’ cream you get on non fresh cream bakery goods and cafeteria deserts. Very much a nostalgic flavour. A long life product you can whip up when you need a reliable and stable topping or filling that doesn’t need the care associated with fresh cream. There are much cheaper products of you want to add it to recipes in its raw form. But I’m sure it would work fine
