I ordered this sink because of the color and deep wells. When we receive the sink it is not black as advertised it is actually a grayish silver. It is a nice sink and we're going to keep it and use it but do wish that it was the color that was advertised.

This sink is more of a very deep charcoal that verges on black. Our new counters are black-black, which is why we purchased this. The color discrepancy is minute, but it's there. It looks great against the black counters. This sink has a bit of a shimmer to it. My husband said, 'I never thought that I'd like a sparkly sink, but this thing is beautiful'. He's a man's man, works on fighter jets, builds stuff, learns home reno and likes using his chainsaw, so it's sparkly to him. But it's not. It has a subdued, elegant shimmer, lol.This sink is, like he said, beautiful. It is excellent quality. The squared out insides give it more space inside each side of it and makes it look so much bigger than our previous sink. Everything also fits in better. When I'm washing multiple items by hand, like bowls, plus glasses, plus the tea pitcher, nothing falls over because it's pushed up on a rounded edge inside the 'bowl' of the sink. I haven't had a dish tower clatter over or a glass fall inside this sink yet because the bottom is perfectly flat.The drains require some special fitting that Lowes and Home Depot don't carry, but a plumbing supply store should, or so we were told. We just got some standard fitting for our existing pipes because we wanted it installed that day and didn't want to go to town again.This is a drop in. It can be inset or it can sit on top of the counters. Because we have butcher block counters, I wanted the edges on top of the counter, to prevent splashing water into creases if it was inset and creating water damage that couldn't be fixed without replacing the entire counter length. This sits perfectly flat and has a great seal to the counter. It has two spots to insert a spout and then to insert a sprayer, soap dispenser, water filtration spout, whatever. We have a black soap dispenser pump to match our black faucet, since the faucet has a pull down sprayer. It all looks very sleek and gorgeous.One of the sinks is an inch or so deeper than the other. Sorry, longer? The length all around the sink itself is the same, but one of the sinks has a deeper inset lip at the top to place the spout and soap dispenser/sprayer, so that sink is just a bit less...long than the other. Since I have food allergies and clean, cook, and prep on different dishes and wash with separate cloths to prevent cross contamination, that's 'my sink' and it's the perfect size. The other side is the family sink, which rarely fills up unless we're hosting, since we have a dishwasher that they use as well.The drain stoppers that come with this are pretty genius. They twist to open and close and stay in place. They're so easy to use that I regularly accidentally close the one on my side, lol.There is an overflow drain in the smaller sink, so make sure to be ready to hook that up, or you'll have a mess on your hands if you forget.This has been super easy to clean. It really just needs a quick wipe down. It will show water spots, but no worse than my stainless, and that's not a big deal to me. That just shows that I use my sink. As it's meant to be used.I'd have paid double what the listing price is for this sink. I've seen them for double, so this is well worth the listing price. I love, love, the wide, flat lip all the way around, the squared off insides, the different sizes of the sinks, the drains, the overflow spout, and the beautiful look of this sink. It's completely changed how our counters look and my husband remarks every day how much he likes it. I 100 percent recommend this sink, or this style of sink for a busy household or any household. I would buy again without hesitation.

The sink is beautiful, but it came warped and I had to run and get another one some where else, my plummer was ready to put the sink in for me, I'm remodeling

I don't usually like drop-in sinks but I made an exception for thus one. I'm glad I did. It's a very nice sink. It's pretty lightweight too. Was easy to move around and place. It also came with all of the drain plumbing that you would need which is nice. My Elkay sink didn't come with anything but the think. Sometimes it's good to go with the off-brand.

I put "black" in quotations because, in case you aren't aware, "black" stainless steel is more of a deep lustrous charcoal color. Those lucky enough to already have black stainless appliances will love this sink. Those who don't? Well, you'll probably love it, too, actually.It comes with matching sink drains, which is nice, because with most kitchen sinks you have to buy those separately. It also comes with drain pipes, but check with your local building department before using the pipes because they're of the flexible corrugated type, which don't meet plumbing code in my area and might not in yours.Pipes are easy enough to come by though, and if these aren't code compliant, the rest of the package is. And it's stunning. Highly recommended.

This sink is quite lovely to look upon. It has a nice look to it and it has a solid feel about it. It is very easy to install and maintain. It comes with a couple of very nice accessories too.
