Q: Does this come with the bracket to hang it?

A bracket isn't necessary. There is a custom designed PVC "channel" that snaps onto the plastic newspaper tube. The PVC and vinyl are stapled together so the vinyl flap freely hangs and swings from the top. Very easy to install. Doesn't fit ALL tubes, but will fit almost every style - there's only a few major manufacturers out there.

Q: Will this be a secure and snug fit for the mail boss 7111 newspaper holder?

It is a nice and snug secure paper holder. My paper is dry even during the big downpours. It’s easy to install.. I’ve had it now thru all seasons and it is holding up well.

Q: Could this fit inside a traditional mailbox?

No it only fits the newspaper box, however don’t try to install in the winter it breaks in the cold.
