I ordered this guard and cannot install it as the connecting screws are optional. The company customer service was amazing and they have arranged for the screws to be sent to me and changed the oversight in the product to include the screws going forward for new customers.The guards are very secure and look good in my window

One of the two sets of bars was bent which meant that the holes to connect did not line up. This made putting together very difficult. I would have sent back but needed the window security urgently.

My dog likes to sleep in the window sill, i like to my dog to remain alive, so i got this. Really easy to put up, especially if you measure everything first before putting any screws into the bars. Makes my bedroom look like a prison cell, but its worth it to be able to open my windows.

This item is god send and we can actually sleep now.

Bought this to stop my 3 year old climbing onto his window sill. It's done the job! It was very easy to fit, much like a stairgate. It is very secure once in place and has been a great deterrent.

Purchased due to living in a coach house with Juliet balcony and due to heat we were having to have them open all the time. I have a 3 year old and thought it was just not worth the risk as I cannot be watching him 100% of the time.So easy to fit.Perfect for added safety
