Lower Heat - Poor Directions
This product has worked well. It doesn't seem to put out as much heat as the original fan heating element. The installation directions were very poor.

Perfect replacement! Easy and quick install!
Perfect replacement. Some reviews say you need to drill new holes, there’s a bracket you can unscrew off the old unit that will line up perfectly with the new unit. There’s no need to drill any new holes.

Not functional
I ordered this to replace the heater in an electric fireplace. It would not work when wired, sent it back and the only option was to receive another one?? The second one I received also wouldn't work. I sure didn't need a third one that didn't work, so I didn't bother with it. NO REFUND available!!!

Replacement
We used this for replacement parts because we were unable to get the parts needed from the manufacturer. It was such a good investment

Mounting bracket screw holes didn’t match heater. Drilling required.
Works fine. Plenty of heat output for size. Mounting screw holes didn’t match previous heater mount. Had to drill new holes.
