Excellent service!
I bought the cycling machine around 2 months ago and there was a fault with the machine after the return or replacement period covered by Amazon. So I directly contacted the seller and they asked me to parcel the machine to their office. After around 2 weeks, they sent me a new machine as replacement without any extra cost. The service was really good and the product is worth the money!

Awful product and customer service both
The item doesn't work the way it’s supposed to and the left peddle attachment doesn’t fit to the machine either . The machine makes a weird sound too ...The day I bought it had 10 days return policy and now the company refuses to do so , after issuing for the refund the company even changed the refund policy to exchange only ... don’t waste your money , it’s a crap company. I never right any negative feedback believe me it’s my first one .... one can imagine how frustrated and angry I’m .
