perfect for shallow drains and disposals
My sink drains are very shallow so regular sink drains do not fit. I was skeptical about these since they are metal and figured the chains would clog up with food particles. Wrong. They clean easily and I have no problems with food sticking in them. I really like that the chains fit nicely in the shallow drain space and allow water to flow through. I also like that I can cover my disposal drain, which is missing most of the protective rubber insert, and water goes through nicely when I run the disposal. It also catches small items I don't want going down my disposal. I haven't noticed any rust or discoloration in the few months I have been using these. Well worth the price and a great product.

Fits my 1920s sink
There is a small drain in my 1920 sink (pictured) and have not found anything that fits other than the rigid outdated wire catcher (also pictured), which was very difficult to clean. This new mesh drain catcher is perfect. It drapes nicely into the drain, and would fit a variety of sizes. It catches all the food particles and is very easy to turn upside down and empty. And it looks nice in my sink. I love it.

Reviews Are Accurate
This is convenient, looks nice, hasn’t shown signs of rusting, and does a great job!! It’s very easy to install and remove - however, it is super difficult to thoroughly clean. I really like it so far (a few months)!
