Great for a mantis
I didn't use this for a jumping spider, they tend to make their hides/nests in the upper corners and removing the top would definitely destroy any webbing. I used this for my mantis and absolutely loved it. I could take the top off to drop in a fly or put a mealworm in through the port in the side, and take the bottom off to clean the bottom without taking the mantis out of the enclosure.

Sturdy
I feel like this is a pretty sturdy and excape proof for my jumper. The only cons that I noticed is the top opening feature and the fact that it’s hard to put substrate in without getting the walls dirty. But other than that like I said it’s pretty good and already came assembled just had to pop in one of the plugs in the bottom corner. Just ordered another one for my male jumper that’s arriving tomorrow . Hope this enclosure doesn’t fail me. If so I’ll be back to alter review.

Nice but annoying to move
This is a great little enclosure. The size is perfect, the acrylic/plastic is very clear, there’s no assembly required aside from putting the top on, and it is a pretty great looking design. My only issue is that the whole top just slips off the bottom white part when wanting to move it, and I think it could be improved with putting magnets or some kind of holding/locking mechanism on it. It also doesn’t come off as easily sometimes. Maybe it depends on the weather or something. Either way, nice look, decent design, and fine for the money. 3.5 stars.

Can't wait for my jumping spider to enjoy it!
We're getting a jumping spider in a few short days, and this will be his/her new home! I am a little worried about the top opening lid, in case my spider decides to create its web up there though. If that does happen, there is a little hole on the side, close to the bottom where I can slide its food through with tongs. The overall quality of the enclosure is pretty nice, no cracks or scratches- although mine did come with a dead bug inside. I cleaned it out, and we're all good now. I've since filled the bottom with substrate, and it is indeed watertight at the bottom. The mesh lid pops off for easy handling, the magnets keep the lid secure though. No way a spider can push its way out from within this enclosure.I'm happy that I decided with this one, I like the look of it, and hopefully it will be a success even though it's a top opening enclosure! Would recommend to fellow spider enthusiasts!

Broken lid
As other people said in their reviews, the lid came broken.

Dirt seeps under the bottom of enclosure & rusts
Had this a couple months and the magnetic parts rusted on both of them and both of them the dirt seeps under the bottom where that big white part is and makes it look dirty but there's no way to clean it.

Came broken
My kids have a pet caterpillar that has been living in a spaghetti sauce jar. I ordered this to give him a little upgrade. I like that it has air holes in the sides and the top is mesh. The size is as described and the container is made of thick plastic which feels quite sturdy. The problem is that the lid came broken in 3 places as did one of the corner supports for it, which make it a little risky to use it in case the caterpillar should manage to climb out. Otherwise, the lid seems thoughtfully designed with little magnets in the corners to secure it.
