Easy to put together with the tool provided.Two screws not on the parts list on the instructions. These were found screwed into the leg rest.Only two things I can pick at is the arm rests don't seem terribly sturdy, and the leg rest extends on two arms. I'm not gonna risk putting my legs on it as the two arms don't appear strong enough for me.The arm rests I can live with.It reclines, which I didn't realise, has good back support, and is comfortable.Love the look of the grey cloth which seems to be good quality.A note for the manufacturer - in future, can you put the fire resistant label on the seat, somewhere towards the back, instead of high up on the seat back?

It looks nice and it's comfortable but it broke within 30 days of daily use - one hour a day. The chair now is slanting forwards and you're sliding off it which makes it unusable. It was expensive so I was expecting to be of higher quality but not worth the money. Would not buy again!

It’s a very good chair generally speaking but even when you tighten the screws to the tightest you can, it still isn’t 100% firm and does wiggle somewhat. The screws also come loose over time of use. I have to keep the Alan key available close to Hand. It really is a good chair though other than that.

Good quality well made comfortable I spend a lot of time in my chair so bought a better quality one worth the extra cost.

The media could not be loaded. The chair is uncomfortable, lacks support and poorly finished, the seat is so hard I had to buy a foam seat cushion to work with it, this was after one week! The supplied lumbar support cushion supplied is totally useless, more like a bolster!!.. After two weeks the right hand arm has either snapped its fitting bolt or fixing, as its more or less collapsed (see photo) and unable to put any weight on it, which is a pity as I am an 80 years old disabled gent, who depends on the arms to get out of the thing anyway! So you can imagine it doesn't get much use now, just sits there like a useless ornament!....Update as at 24th July, the right hand frame has now snapped and the chair leans crazily to the right, the right arm is now useless and to get out of the chair (if I dare use it) requires external support, total waste of money!!!Full refund by supplier 25th July 2024

Arrived promptly and easy to assemble. Unfortunately its not very comfortable, the seat itself seems to not have as much padding as I had hoped but otherwise its a nice chair.

Totally uncomfortable, seat has little padding, bum gets numb after only 10 minutes, keep sliding forwards - body cannot lock-in to padding, far to heavy to manoeuvre, wobbly arms, foot rest a complete waste of time and more I cannot be bothered to mention. This design of chair is dreadful. You have been warned. I want to award zero stars. Usual Chinese made rubbish. We used to make quality chairs in England, expensive but comfortable and lasted years. I bought this chair as the last Chinese made chair I had was comfortable (now unavailable) but the back came adrift in less than 12 months. This Chinese made stuff is way overpriced for the quality.
