Keyboard works great with my office set up

Being completely candid here, some of these are subjective:-Scroll wheel is fickle and unpredictable. Really bad. Same with the side wheel, which I should mention is impossible to avoid swiping by accident.-The mouse movement is not as responsive as it should be for the price.-Space bar feels significantly worse than other keys.-Mouse shape is a nuisance-Hard to see which mode of connection you are on with keyboard. The print is almost the exact same time tone as the overall color. Annoying when you bump that key (top right) and you lose connection until you can set it back to usb, Bluetooth 1/2/3, etc.-As far as I know there's no way to set the backlight on permanently.Not worth the price. Not even close. I was really expecting better

So far I love it. It’s has lighting and pretty good quality. Didn’t try use a soft yet but will make updates if anything is changed.

Great keyboard and mouse! Easily connects to multiple devices, which is great when you have separate work and personal laptops.

Had lot of problems with connectivity of my Logitech keyboard and mouse, so I decided to try this Dell product for my Dell computer. So far, they have been performing seamlessly. However, getting them installed correctly was a major pain. Their documentation is really bad and difficult to figure out. That would not be a problem is installation was straight forward, but it's not. Quick start guide is useless. Maybe if you're a 20 something year old, it's understandable, but not for any normal person. Graphic illustrations are really bad. Kept getting a bios error at boot up, which then necessitates having to install a wired keyboard and mouse to recover. RF receiver not explained in documentation. A simple start up document would have prevented soooooo much pain. I almost returned this item, but was finally able to get them installed. Why do so many manufacturers these days skimp on vital documentation...so sad. Great products but lousy documentation.

My mouse stopped working after trying to update. Now it's only working for a while when plugged in and then stops. I've tried to update it multiple times through dell firmware updates and peripheral manager - it stuck at random percentage of completion and just tells me that update failed. Hopefully dell support can help

Please advise if the mouse can be sent or if a return is required.
