defective and appears to be previously used
The box looked to be damaged. Disc one (of ten) was loosely stuffed in the jacket with manuals it's original slot was ripped along edges. All CD's has scratches, had some sort of gummy substance stuck to all. Before use all were cleaned, scratches of course remained. Was unable to run setup from CD's, attempted to copy all to another drive. Only successful with 7 of nine. Multiple attempts to copy then attempted to use other software to clone disks. Again too many error to complete.

BEWARE! Can't register/use program
Microsoft has reached an all-time low for software security! I spent all day loading the software onto the computer (10 DVDs), only to find out that it ONLY copies the files. Then you need to be signed into your Microsoft account (which I did) and follow the "link" on the last DVD. Did that too, but the menu items needed to register and download the "installer" program were not there! I tried the "alternative" method of registering and downloading the installer but that didn't work either. The procedure for actually using the software is impossible to perform! I have NO idea if the program is good or not, as I cannot activate and use it. Totally frustrating. I spent another day trying to use the program but have had NO luck and on-line searches for help have been fruitless. Microsoft needs to make this process simpler.

Product new and shrink wrapped.TOOK over two weeks to get it to me. BAD

If every disk doesn't download the whole system won't work.
The fourth disk is corrupt. No instructions for remedy.
