This fireplace tool set was ordered for out outdoor fireplace so we have several more months before it gets used on a regular basis. I assembled it and was pleasantly surprised by how well made it is. Unlike less expensive sets these tools are solid, there are no parts to come loos or unscrew. They are solid enough to get the job done for years to come. Having owned more than one set these are definitely worth the investment.The aged brass finish is beautiful and looks far better than traditional tools that are black.Assembly is very simple. The tools are all one piece. The stand is assembled using 4 bolts, 2 at the base and 2 that connect the ring that holds the tools.Great product!

This set is pretty but it is sort of like a toy. Not heavy duty for anyone who actually needs to move logs around in a fireplace. Look at the reviews. They are mostly people who got this for free. If I got mine for free I wouldn't complain either. As it is, I paid $150. First of all, there are no feet on the bottom, just a round disk, which is odd. Second, no matter how tight you screw in the bolts connecting the bottom to the stand it gives way and wobbles. Third, the top part of the stand, upon which the tools hang does not attach correctly. They provide you with 4 bolts and 3 nuts--why? Two for the bottom but why only 1 nut for the top? The bolts are too short to actually connect the top pieces together so it sort of hangs precariously. There are no directions for assembly. Only a blurry drawing that does not reveal what to do with the 4 bolts and 3 nuts. You would have to probably get pliers to squeeze together the top piece in order for it to be close enough for the bolts to hold the top piece together. 2 stars for being a pretty color and interesting design. We will have to return this, sadly.

While this doesn't currently affect the usability, it's something I'll be keeping an eye on.Value for Money:It provides all the necessary tools for a cozy evening by the fire, packaged in a stylish and modern design, but $130 is a little pricey. Especially considering there was immediate paint and rust issues. Even though minor, the rust and paint issues will only get worse.Conclusion:Overall, it's a perfect blend of style and function, enhancing the fireplace experience both practically and visually. While there are minor concerns about the paint job and potential durability issues, these do not significantly impact its overall performance. If you're looking for a stylish and functional fireplace tool set, I would recommend this one.

I only get Vine items that I plan to use personally and I do a fair review based on my assessment and use of the product. I leave 1 star up to 5 stars if I really like the product and didn't find any issues with it.Great quality and very sturdy. For the price I would expect it to come with tools. There were a few chips in the back, but they are not noticeable if you look at the front. It's a nice, minimalist-looking fireplace kit. However, despite it being lighter than most other fireplace kits, all of the handles are pretty uncomfortable to hold. One of the main reasons I gave this 3 stars, though, is because it mentions that the set is resistant to corrosion, and there's rust on the inside of all of the parts, like the picture I posted. This isn't a deal breaker in my opinion because of the location of the rust, but I am curious to see if this affects its durability and heat resistance, since I'm unsure of it being stored in a dry place until it was shipped to me. The instructions included were confusing and difficult to follow as well, and the pieces included weren't accurate to the instruction manual. I received two more of each screw, nut, and washer, which I'm not complaining about, but the instructions list 3 of each.

Growing up in Michigan, everyone had fireplaces and used them regularly, so I have seen and used many different styles and types of fireplace tools, and I have to say, these are the best I have seen to this day. These tools are built to last generations, very stout and solid and well made. They don’t flop around or come loose during use, etc. Though the price is a bit high in my opinion, you get useful tools that are built to last and look pretty nice as well.
