Q: Ive read in reviews of similar products that they make some loud beeps when switched on, does this do that?

No, ours does not do that. The only problem we had was that the cabinet arrived damaged, one of the side lit panels was smashed on the corner. They would not exchange the cabinet, instead sent a replacement panel which we had to fit ourselves. Luckily my other half works in building trade so wasn’t too much of a problem for him but just to advise it wasn’t straightforward.

Q: Can you rehang the door to open towards the right instèad of the left? This would make more sense in the layout of our bathroom.

Checked out one and the door can only be hung on the left. Hinges are only set for that side and also the wiring for the de-mister is run into the top left side of the door.

Q: What colour are the side panels that are exposed to the bathroom?

The sides are white but the mirror extends past the sides and also the top and bottom. You can't see any of the above from straight on.

Touch sensor on/off switch operates the light and demister pad, which is located on the bottom right side of cabinet. Shaver socket works independent of the mirror light and it doesn't have its own switch. It will charge toothbrushes if the light is off.
