Cheaply made.
$800 w/mattress? Not work $400. Lightweight cheap aluminum bed frame.

Excellent single bunk for toy hauler!
The bunk is top quality and easy to install! However the instructions and dimensions are wrong. Just measure the bunk before you install the second wall support, no big deal. I did put the mattress retainer to the wall as you can see in the photos, this keeps the mattress from sliding to the floor when the bunk is stored upright and you do not have to sit up over it when getting out of the bunk. This way it is also easier to let down. Overall this is an excellent choice for your toy hauler.
