Nice reel
Just got this reel and haven’t used it yet but the reel is light and sturdy with very smooth action. Hopefully it will do it’s job. Right now I would recommend it

Excellent quality, small for size rating.
Very nice reels, small in comparison to competitors for same size class. Will hold less than specified amount of line by 20%. Overall value is very good. Have caught multiple sailfish, blackfin tuna, mahi-mahi, and several other mid-range open water pelagic fish, and the reels have held up very well...

Small for size rating
Looks to be a good real but I am returning bought a 10,000 it's as small as a 7,000 so I guess I'll order a 14,000 maybe that will be close to an 8000 size in reality don't know

I own several different Okuma reels. This is by far my favorite. And Okuma is not my only reel brands. Diawa, Penn, and many others. I love Okuma.
