Great Phiten-wear
Looks great. I wish Phiten would find/develop a way to wear it so that the clasp doesn't (always) seem to find its way to the front of my neck, displaying the clasp, rather than allowing it to remain behind my neck.

Well what do ya know? It worked for me
I'm not usually one to purchase hocus pocus, snake oil kind of stuff. I have been suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain for many years due to a work related injury. Chiropractic and massage was not doing the job. This product did not eliminate the pain, but it did take the edge off. I never thought I'd say it. Although I experienced limited relief, it did alleviate some pain.

Cheap product quality. Terrible clasp.
This product is garbage. This is the 2nd one we've bought and the clasp has broken the exact same way. Clasp made of cheap plastic. Broke within 3 days. Very disappointed for the money spent. Save your money.
