So far, so good!
We have a number of the Dell WD15 docks across the office, and the stupid plastic around the connector always breaks and also the connector fails or something with the dock stops working (charging, monitor, network, etc), but it's a pain to have to replace the whole $140 dock. These were easy to install, so far 2 are working great...will buy more for backups to the docks across the office.

Cable Length Incorrect. Not 2.6ft
This cable worked fine as a replacement for my TB16 cable. However, I was a disappointed in the reported length. It is not 2.6ft. It is barely 21" tip-tip of end connectors, and has a "usable "length of about 16" from the TB16. It is essentially the same length as the original, which I always thought was too short.
