Beware this is a worthless waste product
Bad. Bad. Bad. Doesnt last half a dayFalse reviews prompted me to buy this. I thought the back up would be good. But i have charged it 4 times in 2 days alone. Utterly disapponted. Didnt last half a month and the ear hook is broken

awesome product.
The media could not be loaded. It's an amazing product. so user friendly that oftentimes I forget there is anything in my ear. Sound quality is awesome. I recommend it highly. Just go for it .

Worst 2nd experience on returning... Instead of rerurning Amazon is only replacing in the senario which all the products of same category are of same defective nature. The company's product itself is defective, and in name of replacement u r replacing a defective product with another defective product. I want my money back instead of replacement
