Made me sick
I tried one and the next day I felt as though I had been drugged and very ill. I tried a half of one the next night and not only did I not get any sleep, I woke up feeling drugged again with terrible body aches. Maybe a bad batch? I don't know. Terrible because I had hopes with this. Also the label is misleading by saying 40 mil melatonin. I looked it up and 5 mil is actually the recommended amount. I will try a fourth next time and see.
