My first order for this product was a used-like new version however when it arrived it became clear that it was in fact a faulty return that was constructed incorrectly and the screws had been stripped so I was unable to fix this issue. I returned that one.My second order was a brand new one, this one was also constructed incorrectly, the right drawer slider on both orders had been constructed upside down making it non-functional. Luckily this time the screws were not stripped and although tight I was able to take the slider apart and put it together correctly so I have a functional drawer.I really like the style of the drawer and it feels relatively sturdy (after reconstructing the slider), it's the perfect size for my needs but I cannot give a higher rating due to the fact that this is repeatedly being constructed incorrectly during the manufacturing process.

The drawer arrived with 2 x LH rails/slides and no RH. Luckily another review, who had the same issue detailed that the orientation can be adapted by unscrewing and rotating however there is clearly an issue at the supplier, as you shouldn't have to do this. Once resolved the drawer is easy to fit, sturdy and as described.

I bought 2x of these units, one for each of the desks that I have. They arrived next day from Amazon, and today I opened one up to check what I had. The unit is made of strong steel and feels quite robust and comes with the tray and sperate handle and 2x runners, individually boxed.I screwed on the handle with the supplied screws and opened the 2x runners, they are marked "L" and "R". Fitted the left side no problem but the right hand side was incorrect. Despite being marked as "R" the z shaped bracket attached to the runner was on upside down ( as if it was assembled as a "L". The mounting holes would be at the bottom not the top). On the off chance the other unit had 2x right hand side parts I opened that, only to find that also had 2x left hand sides only. So I had 4x left hand orientated runners/brackets.2x screws hold the bracket onto each runner, 2x incredible tight screws. Ridiculously tight !! I stripped the head of the first two screws trying to remove them and so ended up having to drill out and remake the M4 threads for replacement screws. The 2nd pair of screws I used my full weight on to push the screwdriver into the screw head and both eventually moved with a lot of care.In both cases reassembling with the bracket the opposite way round allowed the units to be completely assembled.
