These add another flavor dimension to so many dishes. Just be sure you have enough liquid in your dish to "rehydrate" them. They taste just like freshly chopped green onions if they are simmered in a sauce or soup. Worth the price because such a little goes a very long way. Delicious!

These dried onions are very good and handy to have on hand.

You get a large amount for the price however they are tasteless. Aroma not bad not good. Easy to use and cook with but, what's the point? I cannot recommend this product.

This works well to give flavor to many things when fresh green onion isn't available and shelf lasting since it is dried~

Couldn't find these anywhere other than Amazon. They are perfect for adding to broth and other dishes.
