Good, needs improvements
I had a makita ratchet and it broke after only 6 months. I got this because the slim head allows me to get into tight places without having to use a ratchet by hand. Overall it's working great and it has a lot of power and can crack the bolts loose.My 2 complaints are that the sockets come out too easily, I'll go to remove my bit, and the whole socket comes out instead of just the bit. The other complaint is how loud it is. Maybe that's just the nature of how it works, and I can deal with it, but it is pretty loud.

Versatility.
One tool that swaps between 1/4in and 3/8in drive, and with a long reach neck? This thing does it all. Lots of breakaway torque with enough battery life to power you through whatever job. All this is wrapped in the quality build with the speed and performance that you expect from Milwaukee. I personally haven't used any of the included socket attachments, I just find it easier to grab my other sockets that have been in rotation.*Update*After a few months of use I've found something that's annoying, this ratchet struggles with the removal of screws for underbody protection and wheel fender linings. I work at BMW and the 8mm or 10mm screws that secure aforementioned parts are often impossible to break free with ratchet action and at some times the torque isn't enough to spin an already loose screw all the way out.

Love it
As a lifelong mechanic I’ve been using air tools for over 40 years. Now retired and just doing as a hobby I love not having to run a compressor. I don’t put too much pressure on it meaning I don’t try to break bolts loose and I don’t try to over tighten with it. It’s awesome!
