Not Bad.....
These motors are fairly good, however the one I received had wiring that differed from the picture, mine was wired as follows:1. Red β (M1) Motor 12. Black β (GND) Encoder 0V3. Yellow β (C1) Encoder Output A4. Green β (C2) Encoder Output B5. Blue β (3.3V) Encoder +V6. White β (M2) Motor 2The figures in brackets are what is written on the PCB; although the encoder supply is labelled 3.3V on the PCB, the 44E Hall effect ICs fitted are rated for voltages of up-to 30Volts and with the 3k3 pullup resistors fitted the encoder should be quite happy at 24volts supply, the Hall effect ICβs output can sink up to 25ma and with the 3k3 resistors fitted on the encoder pcb the IC will be sinking about 7ma with the encoder supply at 24volts.

Excellent Quality but Wrong Wiring
The motor is very good, but the wiring is wrong. The red and white wires are for the motor power. The black and blue are for the encoder ground and Vcc respectively, and the green and yellow are the encoder output signal lines. Don't pay that much attention to the wiring layout they give you.

wiring is incorrect
as previously mentionedRed = Motor+White Motor-Black = Encoder Gnd.Blue = Encoder Pos.Green/Yellow = Encoder outputsOverall, this motor is nice for the price. I get ~400rpm. It is quite and more torque than expected. I recommend this over and over again.
